Happy to hold since I have gone to the trouble to check out a few things .
Nervy holders and traders are obviously trying to unsettle the recovery here.

The Ven that is a well honed route for the ramptastic ones. Mixy has ended up with all sorts of Avatars, but currently he is over on LSE (Joe Yangtze) successfully driving out any alternative view on CICC. It is amazing, despite his success at 'ethnic cleansing' of the board, the crash happened.

A statement from Talvivaara issued today



"Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Talvivaara") has published the Review by the Board of Directors, the Auditor's Report, and the Financial Statements and the Corporate Governance Statement for the financial year 2013. All the above mentioned documents are available on Talvivaara's website at www.talvivaara.com/financial-reports."

"Talvivaara has secured a 10-year off-take agreement for 100 per cent of its main output of nickel and cobalt to Norilsk Nickel and entered into a long-term zinc streaming agreement with Nyrstar NV."

We all know that Talvivaara recently received 20m euros to help it get re-organized and avoid bankruptcy.
It needs long- term financing to be able to move forward, pay debts and be profitable. We also know that negotiations for this are in progress.
It has to be available as quickly as possible and certainly by the end of this month.
In his Presentation to investors on the 30th April, the CEO pointed out that these talks were confidential, but were ongoing.

A very simple test exists.

Are dozens - no, hundreds - of us delusional or liars?

Or is the most despised poster on the AFN forums a shameless liar?

Quite a simple one to answer...

The fact remains that the arrival of a certain notorious poster in the forum(s) for a stock heralds a sharp fall in value of that stock.

This has happened with, to the best of our combined knowledge, 100% reliability so far.

Of course, the past is not a guarantee of the future.

But to some extent, these things are self-fulfilling.

"Talvivaara said its operational outlook for the year remains subject to new financing that's under negotiation. Nyrstar (NYR) NV, which buys zinc concentrate from Talvivaara, agreed to lend the company as much as 20 million euros on April 1. "

Recovery play.....the sooner the negotiation is completed, the better before the whole dregs of ADVFN visit with their combined nastiness.

It looks as if your ramping pal Mixy has had to take another job (despite being well into retirement as a former airline pilot.) Looking at his posting time it could be stacking supermarket shelves.
