An insane dementia-sufferer, an old "lady" (sic), has taken to starting threads about companies with a view to ramping their stock.

I am sorry she wasted your time with her rubbish about TALV. Here is a stock which is typical of those she ramps (in this case, for 4 years). The end result is always the same:

Thanks GooseGog - my previous attempt to find a broker dealing on Helsinki had failed, so your comment much appreciated.
HL have confirmed what you say to me directly now - so I may well open an account and get my shares moved to them.
I have also been in contact with the company directly about this, but although they respond I haven't actually got any 'help' - I guess UK PIs aren't a very high priority!

Lady said online trading of TALV shares would continue on HL trading platform via Helsinki OMX.

By the way, TD Direct can still sell at the moment - but at telephone dealing prices.

As a holder in a TDW nominee account who does not deal with the Helsinki SE is to get a share certificate or open an account at a broker who does deal with Helsinki and transfer them . Either way it costs me £25
