On 8 March 2022, Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of GBP5,520,000 were surrendered by a borrower to the issuer and, accordingly, Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of GBP5,520,000 were cancelled at that date.

The aggregate principal amount of Bonds remaining in issue at the date of surrender is GBP217,185,000 .
