Short term energy crunch over Winter may affect some manufacturing industries as energy would be prioritised for homes and hospitals. But that should not affect CTO, we are in a bit of a sweet spot at the moment...

No idea how they structure their contracts but they have to be experiencing margin pressures. Surprised that there isn't any mention of this but fairly typical of the sector they operate in. The market and investors will be the last to know. Happy to be proven wrong.

very nice update indeed.

PeteSS,
Your observation is one I see repeatedly at the present time. There have been some very un-explained moves in the small to mid cap space of late, as the market sifts the overblown COVID chaf from the long term quality wheat. It is not an easy time for PIs in particular...but quality prevails in the end.

Lots of work to go after in their traditional City of London market as well:-

Leadership in heat pump engineering delivers immediate strategic advantage

11/11/21: In a nationwide technology transition, 600,000 heat pumps per year will be installed in homes, schools and hospitals. As the UK industry leader in these technologies, with substantial experience and expertise, TClarke is now seeing this transition assume strategic significance for our business and our revenues. I attended a webinar about share ownership at the start of the year. Around 14.5% of UK shares are held by individuals. But this figure is misleading as most of that 14.5% is owned by founders or high net worth individuals. The amount of LSE shares held directly by private investors is believed to be less than 3% - and in a FTSE 100 stock (like Lloyds a PI favourite) it is less than 1%.

Thus one can reasonably conclude that despite the numerous agendas of many posters on Bulletin Boards, in reality no individual can write anything that makes a difference. For all that the Boards are worth their value as stripping out nonsense there is some good content to be had for helping with investment decisions (that was the webinar's conclusion not mine).

Someone has no sense of humour

Yes I believe I’ll get in cheaper . I also believe not a single thing any of us on this thread says will make one iota of a difference in the share price 👍🏼
