Availability of Annual Report and Accounts & Notice of AGM
SysGroup (AIM: SYS), the managed hosting and cloud integrator, confirms that it has today posted to shareholders its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy.
The Company is utilising the provisions under the 2006 Companies Act reflected in the Company's articles of association to make the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017, the Notice of AGM and related documents available to shareholders via its website.
