I have been building a position here, final tranche this morning. It is definitely thinly traded and I hope the enthusiasm on their twitter account translates into the update. It looks undervalued for this sector and hopefully with good news gets into focus.

Trading update was on 20 April last year, results in June - looking good for a rise, although was able to buy a few more under the mid price - so may show as a sell.

They must be on a PE of 10 or less, and looks like an expectation of growth. "Chief executive Adam Binks said: "This is an extremely exciting move for us and the obvious next step in our growth journey.

"While our roots are in Liverpool, we have a huge client base across the whole of the UK, which has increased significantly in the last 12 months as the dependency on IT services became even more critical."

I'd agree with you re-reasonable PE and prospects look good. No target price for me happy to let it run as I think it's got bags of potential.

Do you have a target price?

I like businesses with high levels of recurring revenue, and a growing book. A p/e of around 20 seems to be fair. Obviously it will take some time for results to come through, but this is an encouraging start.
