28/4/2015 12:58 | free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | professor x
28/4/2015 08:38 | Does seem strange. Not a lot of volume to it but its taken the recent rise out in one morning anyway. I was expecting a rise on expectation of decent no's so shows what i know. | eric76
28/4/2015 08:17 | Why the drop? all they've done is announce the results date! | androyd
27/4/2015 17:26 | May be of interest to others taking a look. | hastings
24/4/2015 19:28 | Excellent news, an excellent day, and perhaps also worth commenting on the chart. The "higher high" printed today seems to further verify that the downtrend has finally been reversed. (I personally suspected that was the case when the lows of June 2014 seemed to have successfully been backtested in March of this year: hence my re-entry). | saucepan
24/4/2015 16:53 | Yes, nice RNS this morning. Being picky, they could have put a receivables figure in there or something other than warms words about PTNP (eg "paid the bill for [month]') | adamb1978
24/4/2015 09:55 | Am hopeful of seeing some director buying after results in about 10 days time | mikeja
24/4/2015 08:44 | Agree cash is king so RNS entitled "Substantial improvement on cash position" really don't get better. IMO this is whats been holding the share price back. Its now much easier to compared this co with others and that will drive a rerating. | the oak tree
24/4/2015 08:42 | Anyone know how accurate this link is | the shuffle man
24/4/2015 08:27 | All looking good and receivables coming in. Cash "worries" over for the foreseeable imo. | fairenough11
24/4/2015 08:05 | Very positive development especially since it verifies that the PTNP are at least being maintained on schedule. This excerpt from the RNS was particularly significant in my opinion. "following the receipt of further payments from its telco partners, the Company's cash position has substantially improved from the position at 31 December 2014. SyQic's CEO, Jamal Hassim states: "We are pleased to announce that the ongoing collection of the Company's receivables has enabled us to improve our net cash position substantially since our December year end. Our Telco partners continue to adhere to existing payment plans and remain supportive." Cash is king in growth small caps especially those that remain under most peoples radar such as SYQic. | masurenguy
24/4/2015 07:58 | Well that should settle liquidity fears. | mikeja
24/4/2015 07:54 | Improvement in cash position announced today, together with a working capital facility at very reasonable terms, which hopefully indicates the growth potential of the Cool2vu service. | daz
01/4/2015 10:14 | Wise decision, saucepan.I expect a fairly continuous stream of positive announcements given Jamal's dynamic management. | mikeja
01/4/2015 09:54 | Back in here. I suspect this has now double bottomed and the risk reward setup is very favourable. Thanks for the updates, mikeja; very helpful. | saucepan
01/4/2015 09:11 | Yes Daz,stock came from a liquidated fund so market sources have indicated, nothing to do with the company's prospects | mikeja
01/4/2015 08:06 | Excellent news Mike, hopefully that means getting back to a more sensible rating soon with the results coming up. | daz
01/4/2015 07:17 | The recent overhang in the shares has now been cleared. | mikeja
31/3/2015 16:12 | Despitr the board price a large buyer seems to have arrived, they are currently 35.5 bid for 50k.However the price is a complete anomaly still. | mikeja
31/3/2015 10:19 | Can't answer that one but seems quite a large and well thought of Asian institution. | eric76
31/3/2015 10:13 | Anyone any idea what that is worth to syq ? Out of my sphere. | fft
30/3/2015 21:54 | Heads of Terms Agreement with ASIA e University Mon, 30th Mar 2015 07:00 RNS Number : 7839I SyQic PLC 30 March 2015 &n SyQic plc ("SyQic" or the "Group" or the "Company") Heads of Terms Agreement with ASIA e University SyQic (AIM: SYQ), the fast growing provider of live TV and on-demand video content across mobile and internet enabled consumer devices, announces it has signed a heads of terms ("HoT") agreement with ASIA e University, to host its courses and deliver educational programmes to its global student population. ASIA e University is an institution of higher learning established in Malaysia in 2007 under the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996. The HoT will take effect from Monday 30th March 2015 and will be valid for a period of three years. Work has already commenced between the two organisations to prepare the platform for launch in early June 2015. Under the terms of the HoT, SyQic will host and deliver educational material across the Company's online platforms in order to enhance the student learning experience on mobile devices.. ASIA e University will license the SyQic platforms to make its content, courses and certification available globally using the Company's mobile video streaming technology. The educational content on the Company's platforms will generate user "stickiness" and derive licensing revenue for the Company from a share of the University's certification revenue. Jamal Hassim, CEO of SyQic, commented: "We are delighted to have agreed terms with one of the fastest growing graduate schools in Southeast Asia. In this period of the Malaysian presidency of the ASEAN Group of countries, the ASIA e University is an instrument for greater Asia wide cooperation and like SyQic is a catalyst in narrowing the digital divide among communities and nations. Together, we are ideally positioned to deliver educational content and a learning management system that is suitable to be delivered over mobile devices." | red_shed2000
30/3/2015 09:20 | Good purchase Daz.The latest deal shows the dynamism of the management.Once the accounts are published I suspect we may see some director buying, despite the ridiculous spread. | mikeja
29/3/2015 21:40 | Interesting article Eric, although it doesn't actually say how fast SE Asian broadband usage is growing, the inferred trajectory will be great news for Syqic. Mike, I picked up some on Thursday, as you say the mm's aren't giving anything away, you would think they would be keener to match buyers with sellers and make a proper market. I'm not sure where the latest seller is coming from but at some stage the illiquidity is going to work in reverse, if the company meets its cash generation and profit targets for the current year. | daz
27/3/2015 15:33 | The spread is ridiculous, currently 15%.There is greed and then there are mms.My purchase of 25k at 36.7 not showing on my screen. On a p/e of less than 5 for 2014 and expanding rapidly looks far too cheap. | mikeja |
