22/11/2019 06:20 | The word RUBBER has now been added??? Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), a global specialist in products and technologies that "make plastic and rubber products smarter". Rather a bold statement which is again misleading! Quote: "The downside is that synthetic rubber is not at all biodegradable because it is made from inorganic materials. Because natural rubber is plant-based, the key advantage is that it is biodegrade, and a renewable resource." Maybe SET's technical people would like to comment? | robertnash2
22/11/2019 06:14 | C'est sûr. Pouvez-vous enseigner aux vieux dods de nouveaux tours? Je repose mon cas! | robertnash2
22/11/2019 05:54 | Certainement! Plus ca change plus c'est la meme chose. | glavey
21/11/2019 14:06 | Glavey after 20 years do you really believe anything will change? | robertnash2
21/11/2019 01:34 | Well, you have to give them a chance to profit from success just in case it should happen. It's hardly fair that they should loose the opportunity just because they've not been lucky so far. | glavey
20/11/2019 08:55 | READ ALL ABOUT IT! READ ALL ABOUT IT! ELEPHANTS GIVEN KEYS TO BUN CUPBOARD Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc (AIM: SYM), a global specialist in products and technologies that "make plastic and rubber products smarter", announces certain amendments to options held by directors of the Company, and also the grant of options to Shaun Robinson and Robert Wigley. Extension of exercise period of existing options The Company had previously granted options to purchase 8,441,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors of the Company (the "Options"). The Options are due to expire across 2019 and 2020. Robert Wigley and Shaun Robinson, non-executive directors of the Company, commissioned an independent remuneration report on the impact of extending or not extending the Options. The report concluded that it was in the best interests of all shareholders that the exercise period of the Options be extended. Consequently, Mr. Wigley and Mr. Robinson recommended to the Board, who agreed, that the expiry dates of the Options be extended by 12 or 24 months, and in addition, the exercise price of Options to purchase 1,090,000 Ordinary Shares has also been increased. See PDMR disclosure tables below for further information. All other terms of the Options remain the same. Decreased exercise price of existing options The Company has agreed to decrease the exercise price of options previously granted to Robert Wigley in 2018 to 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share, which is still a 61% premium to the closing price on 18 November 2019. See PDMR disclosure tables below for further information. All other terms of these options remain the same. Grant of new Options The Company has also granted options to purchase 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share to Shaun Robinson and options to purchase 250,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share to Robert Wigley. See PDMR disclosure tables below for further information Nature of the transaction Extension of option exercise period from 26 November 2019 to 26 November 2021 c. Price(s) n/a Volume(s)1,851,500 Any chance of me getting some freebies (some profits would be nice) So Robert it seems Mr Deva was not the only 'decent man' on the board eh? I refer you to my 8 Nov '19 - 07:55 - 6007 of 6009 - snouts in trough already !!! | swiss paul
08/11/2019 21:22 | If he was that decent why did he not challenge the board and get thigs improved. Nope he was happy to take the coin. | swiss paul
08/11/2019 19:48 | Deva is a thoroughly decent man! Unfortunately who are the rest of the board attempting to call him an Ambassador? A very nice way to say "Bi Bi". Why didn't the vice chairman assume the role? No hope imho for this lot. Forget "Jam" let's say "Marmalade Tomorrow" Nielrr any comments? | robertnash2
08/11/2019 07:55 | Ding Ding all change at the top (snouts may still be in trough though) Firstly, Nirj Deva has resigned his position as Chairman & Director of the Company and a subsidiary to concentrate commercially on his extensive global connections, now permitted following the end of his tenure as a member of the European Parliament. The Company is however pleased to advise that Nirj has agreed to continue serving the Company as Special Ambassador. In this role, Nirj will focus on his many high-level connections and seek to unlock and create additional revenues for Symphony. oooh is this unpaid? - not sure old chap. Nicolas Clavel, non-executive director has agreed to act as interim Chairman of the Board until a new chairman is appointed. Good man - erm does he get an increase. I await with baited breath | swiss paul
08/11/2019 07:53 | Obviously did not like his wad and returned it: Symphony (AIM:SYM) announces that on 6 November 2019, Michelle Laurier, spouse of Michael Laurier Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to her spouse, Michael Laurier. Tidying up? | swiss paul
04/11/2019 16:16 | Who cares about Laurier's share dealing, surely it is about time that there is an RNS with some substance showing how well they are doing even if it is "Jam tomorrow" | robertnash2
04/11/2019 08:23 | Aye Aye I thought on the initial reading of the RNS he's only gone and bought some! Director/PDMR Shareholdings but on further reading he has shifted his wad into his wife: Transfer to spouse of 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company Must be expecting some options to ping up. DYOR IOTS etc etc | swiss paul
01/11/2019 07:44 | Thanks why Kens here !! | replicas1967

07/10/2019 15:08 | I wonder how happy Vincel Investment Holdings are losing Sterling 850,129 (44%)on their initial investment at 12.5p. History seems to be repeating itself wasn't there a Hong Kong based Company that invested under a fanfare and then seemed to disappear. Can anyone remember their name, when it was and their investment. | robertnash2
03/10/2019 10:39 | jailbird your last sentence says it all. | robertnash2
03/10/2019 10:15 | NpSolutions will be found but will take time ..The market is enormous but even so SYM are missing the opportunity . With massive global media attention on climate change and plastic pollution , If it cannot exploit the opportunity now then it is all over for this CoJust like to see if the recent investors have been fooled or not | jailbird
03/10/2019 09:30 | jailbird thank you for the link a most interesting video especially Plastic Energy in Spain. Interestingly they are using Pyrolysis to convert waste to oil which Symphony Energy was working on some years ago which could have been the future without having to waste time with d2w that has no IP which is not unique. | robertnash2 |
