Further to the Company's announcement of 16 May 2011, the Board has today 
published a circular to Shareholders recommending that they accept the Cyrun 
Offer immediately. 
 
The Board makes this recommendation because with Cyrun now owning in excess of 
42% of the Company's Shares and thus having effective control of the Company, 
there is considerable uncertainty over the future direction and management of 
the Company for any Shareholders remaining invested in it. 
 
A copy of the Circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage 
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at 
http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
