On 20 July 2017, the following PDMR was granted an award over ordinary shares of 5 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each in the capital of SuperGroup Plc (the "Company") under and subject to the rules of the SuperGroup Deferred Share Bonus Plan. Details of the number of Ordinary Shares subject to the award are set out in the table below.
