The shareholder numbers are those per 2015 RNS - 27th March 2015 I also note I have not received an e-mail but it could be that the RNS has the wrong numbers.

Edit: Just checked it is just a technicality as to current % but there has been no increase in shares.

clarkey26, It's not a change in ownership as same number of shares held. Positive is they haven't unloaded any and are clearly in for the big DMD prize.

Lansdowne Partners,as I understand it,have always supported DMD development always showing faith and clearly believe that Summits DMD drugs are going to work and have clearly taken advantage of the recent drop in share price

I am confused! Am I missing something I thought they already held 25%. This seems to be supported by what is on Summit website re major shareholder holdings as at end of Sept

Yes, Lansdowne Partners holding over 25% of SUMM is a tremendous vote of confidence.

Credit Suisse projects roughly $400 million in annual sales for EXONDYS 51 by 2020, but the firm also sees value elsewhere.

“We estimate unadjusted peak sales for Exon 53 and 45 indications of ~$670 million and ~$700 million respectively and assume a 15 percent probability of success to each exon target,” Young explained.

I make that $2.6bn if one could reach 100% of the population. Even if it sells for 50% of SRPT drug that's over $1.3bn sales and in a similar timeframe. (If goes to timeline, looking for approvals in 2019 and peak sales 2021?)

Big trades look like rolled T trades. Second (the buys) marked as C. I.e. Conditions
Current share price reflects this sort of trading activity and bears no relationship to future value IMO
See JPM for a (rather modest) better future estimate

Summit Therapeutics price target raised to $42 from $24 at JMP Securities

Looking at share price action, down sharply, I suspect they were sales possibly reported late. As AIM is all smoke and mirrors, they could have been buys too. I still wonder if it is Griffiths offloading in an orderly manner as poss.

My only question is could it be a new II building a position or just brokers moving shares between themselves. I guess we'll find out if the pattern continues. GLA

I agree with waterloo01 the shares marked black are at the mid-point & when I have bought shares at mid-point they have been shown in black.QED

Are you sure they were sales? If trade time correct (often not) then they are buys.

I think we might hear about next steps re RDZ this month, but I've been wrong before.
