Anyone following todays meeting's outcome.

'On 19 August 2019, Summit will hold a Court Meeting at 1:30pm BST followed by a General Meeting at 1:40pm BST to approve the introduction of a new US-incorporated holding company to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006. Below, you will find the Scheme Circular and supporting documents.'

PS: I have heard that to transfer our ADDS will cost us 5 cents an ADD.

SMMT, too late to the party? I know RDZ is aimed as a 1st line treatment, but with such cheap broad spectrum drugs it's an uphill battle IMO, especially if refined stools is relatively effective at stopping reinfection.

Ho ho waterloo01. Looks like you have, like me, an internal clock that wakes you for the 7am RNSs and it doesn’t switch off at the weekend. LoLs.

Has everyone left for Foreign Climes or other stocks. Too damned quiet here, unlike on EUA; that has far too much conversation generally.

Hi algernon2 - Thanks for your post may I ask do you still have a holding I currently am holding 5,200 ADD's & seeing the share price slowly drop but have decided to gamble & hold to next year.I was wondering what your views are I would add that I sold, some months back, 5,150 ADD's at a 50% loss in order to settle monies owing on my car but over 3 years I am at break even.

Chris you are right, a sad departure. Liked Richard and spoke to him at the last AGM we attended together. Nice man and a loss to the Company in my opinion.

The following was a reply I had today having sent Richard an e-mail this morning with questions about the AGM.For me it is the end of an era & somewhat sad.
Not sure where this leaves us UK investors?

Final results of AGM

Edit: All resolutions except 10 were passed

Resolution 10: Re-election of Elaine Stracker

An ordinary resolution to re-elect Elaine Stracker as a Director of the Company, who retires in accordance with the Articles and is eligible for re-election.
Elaine Stracker has served as a member of our Board since December 2019 and has been Interim Chief Operating Officer since April 2020. Dr Stracker has over 20 years of legal and advisory experience for Fortune 500 and start-up life science companies. She currently also serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Corporate Development at Maky Zanganeh & Associates Inc. Previously, Dr Stracker served as General Counsel at Indigo Ag. and at Pharmacyclics Inc. Prior to that, Dr Stracker held various senior legal counsel positions at Medtronic Inc., Gilead Sciences Inc., Merck & Co., Inc. and Molecular Probes, Inc. (acquired by Invitrogen, Inc.). Dr Stracker earned both a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in organic chemistry from the University of California, Davis. In addition, she earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the Boalt School of Law at the University of California.
The Directors believe that Dr Stracker is qualified to serve on our Board because of her extensive skills in business and legal matters related to the pharmaceuticals industry. The Board therefore believes it is entirely appropriate for Dr Stracker to seek re-election at the AGM.

Nice clothes on the Nasdaq and it's very easy to trade as well. Made huge profits on this over the past six months from the relist on the NASDAQ.
