I think you may be a tad too pessimistic B1 or at least I hope so.As a pure antibiotic play I think we are now fairly valued and any further news or subsidies for any of the new programs will cause a further re rating.As a long term holder I am in deficit but I would, I think, heartily recommend this share as a medium term punt to all those newbies here who are very welcome.Come on Glyn do us proud!We are slowly getting over the "shock and awe" of the DMD failure and are ready to face the brave new world of new anti antibiotics and Discuva.

They only have a finite number of shares so would expect them to be virtually complete now given the number of shares in issue

If they are continuing their selling, they may leave the announcement to the end.
Large instis often do report at the end of a selling episode, sometimes months after the first sells.
