Hi Hugus Maximus - As previously posted I did follow my position & sold some 11% on Tuesday as I did not want another 19p day per 3 years ago now waiting for the next news flow i.e. C-Diff & going to £3.However I expected some redress in share price but once again not what is happening now.Next time I will sell double my planned amount on a spike & gamble the share price goes down again to Buy back in which I have not tried before.Hey Ho at least I can now pay off Barclaycard & other debts from shares sold this week.I still have faith but hope it will not be another 3 year wait.Regards to all.

I think also that some people may remember the 20p/£4 spike a few years ago and regret not selling at that point. They may have promised themselves they would not make that mistake again ! The thing is each situation is different. At that time, the news was not as substantial as this recent news. Also there is news on RDZ to come, presumably followed by news on EZD trial. However, share dealing is a psychological/emotional game and such factors can be over-ridden by the fear of the same thing happening again.
Edit. And the MMs are probably well aware of this !

At what point will there be serious resistance to the level of selling?

AIM seems all about short term with a share like this and when the share price went up, it was propelled by many who had little intention of waiting for Summit's next big news day.

Aim is a money printing machine for the sharks in dark glasses. Why rob a bank when u can do it behind a plethora of screens and be applauded for it?

The NASDAQ seems to have a stronger view of this share than AIM!

Hyper,O/T: How long ago did you transfer to the SIPP? Acceptable practice has changed considerably over the years (as the intrinsic value of Final Salary schemes has become increasingly recognised).

Hyper, are you on a platform? Did you receive advice. Either way, you could benefit from compensation as platforms wouldn't allow you to transfer from a final salary scheme now. Speak to the ombudsman for guidance. (Wealth guy)

Ha Ha. That tickled me. The Top Traders thread mob will be back on here when the next news hits and the third wave starts, which could be more substantial than the two we have had. So much to come that is not in the price. Happy days.

Traders. Too much of a merry-go-round for me. They hop on and off momentum like nervous junkies. (The UK has nothing on the US where there will be 100's of traders jumping in and out of SMMT).

Here's how a classic example describes his approach: " Automated charts from intraday scanner. Prop trader on north American mkts. Do your own DD.My trading time frame is ~20 minutes".

Edit: He went short for exactly 25mins and has just now gone long. Twitchy.
