Here is the Proactive interview mentioned earlier today. Interesting for those new to SULA:hxxp://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/7309/-things-are-going-really-well-says-sula-boss-roger-murphy-as-first-samples-are-despatched-7309.html

I do not think that the historic drill data is particularly good.
For the avoidance of doubt, am very bullish on future results.

No. Forget the I.O DSO for now!
My guess would be they'd sell the Gold side to someone like Gold Fields for a very generous offer. But let's see what the drill bit has to say.
if it's as good as past drill data, game on.

Soul
Not a fan of in ground valuations.
A better valuation would be per ounce. (circa $50 with a large gold camp)
If you can Jorc 5m ounces AU, you most probably are sitting on double that.
They are quite rare beasts but dozens exist.
A conservative valuation of £190m I have in mind.

The company that was sniffing around SULA a year back will be kicking themselves in 12 months time, now these new boys have moved in, and know what they're sitting on.

dingo what sort of 'in ground' valuation would you put on a 5m oz pit?

there's a helluva lot of past drill results you can look at to see that 1.5m oz target will be the start of a 5m oz pit.
Seriously.

The way the world is at the moment the price of gold is likely to go higher and I think a lot of people will pile in if the results are good.

if i was working in the lab analysing assay results i'd be tempted to stick a few grand into sula...i cant see how the FCA can say that is insider dealing...just common sense

Further to the announcement on 8 March 2017, Sula now has two rigs drilling onsite. The first rig is drilling additional holes on Sula's Sanama Hill, where Sula has an Exploration Target, as defined by SRK Consulting (UK) Ltd, of 5 to 7 million tonnes, grading at between 4g/t - 8g/t for 0.8 - 1.5 million ounces of gold. This rig is testing for extensions of the known gold mineralisation.

I thought this was talking about the hoped for drilling results but i clearly have misunderstood what this is talking about.
