22/11/2016 10:33 | Sula Iron & Gold (SULA) had an active last week. Cracking news on the ground (the pump) followed by...you guessed it: the dump. A placing. But. hang on... First the good news. It was announced that visible gold has been recovered from weathered iron oxide / quartz samples ("goldstones") that were collected from a road exposure that cross-cuts the large Eastern Target (TZ2) Induced Polarisation (IP) anomaly at Ferensola. The samples were crushed and panned. These samples are from an area not previously explored in any way and so all the signs are that the resource is larger than originally thought. Not surprisingly the shares jumped on that good news. So on Friday at 4.30 PM ( not an ideal time) Sula announced it had completed a £1.17 million placing at 0.21p but also announced an open offer raising up to £300,000 at the same price. So this was not a massively discounted placing to bucket shop flippers this was good old fashioned broking and the open offer shows that the new management at Sula does look after small investors. Sula is now funded for aggressive drilling which will drive a re-rate. Some who are close to the action reckon this resource could be 3.5 million ounces with one stating "If they prove up the resource we believe they have – it’s a 10 bagger even from here" The shares were tipped at a 0.18p offer by ourselves three weeks ago and are now 0.20p-0.22p. We suggest buying in the market at UP TO 0.22p and taking up your open offer entitlements in full. - See more at: | deanroberthunt

21/11/2016 15:05 | chart looks set to explode, combined with world class assets, world class mgt, and a desire not to rip off shareholders, as per latest placing at only a small discount to prevailing share price and opportunity for shareholders to participate (very unusual for AIM)....I see this as a conviction buy | deanroberthunt
