Guys - You forget. Unless I am mistaken, as things currently stand, there is an RSA court order withholding, for the benefit of Thelo, the title deeds to Elitheni, and on top of that, LCL have rights over Archarnian (or whatever the hell the holding company that holds those deeds is called). SNR don't have any assets.

Nonsense the asset is still there as is the company it is just not listed and tradeable.

The company have the 260k & 660k back from the deal but won't be able to raise funds through aim obviously.

Next step will probably be firesale of asset but at what price or can Bonnar conjour up a backer.

All we can do is wait & see.

Wasn't Drozd one of Aronson's appointments? While presumably Bonnar is there to look after the Ruhan/LCL/Numbers/Cooch/Bridgehouse et al stake. This is seriously FUBAR. I will certainly be calling Bonnar in the morning.

Have to presume that the major shareholders are fully in the picture here.

Has suspected as much when I asked Mike Drozd about Plan B. No response.
