23/7/2014 18:09 | RNS Number : 1677N Strategic Natural Resources PLC 23 July 2014 Strategic Natural Resources PLC ("SNR" or the "Company") AIM Delisting Director Resignation The board of SNR, the AIM quoted natural resources developer operating in South Africa, which indirectly owns 74% of Elitheni Coal (Pty) Limited, has been unable to appoint an AIM Nominated Adviser within the timeframe set by the AIM Rules. The Company's shares will therefore be delisted with effect from 24th July 2014 and will no longer trade on the AIM exchange. The SNR Board will keep shareholders updated with future developments using the RNS Reach (non-regulatory news service) and its website www.snrplc.com. The Board will examine the options available to it and will seek to list the company's shares on an alternative recognized exchange as soon as practically possible. It will also continue to seek further funding to become available as soon as a relisting occurs.
