Stranger Holdings plc ('Stranger' or 'the Company')
Placing
Stranger Holdings plc is pleased to announce that it has raised a further GBP110,000 through a placing of 11,000,000 new ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company (the 'Placing') at a price of 1p per Placing Share.
The proceeds of the Placing, amounting to GBP110,000, will be added to the GBP847,700 raised prior to the admission of the Company last week to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.
The Placing Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') and the admission of the Placing Shares are expected to take place on 18 January 2017.
Following the issue and allotment of the Placing Shares, the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital will comprise 145,770,000 Ordinary Shares.
This figure of 145,770,000 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
