How long are company’s allowed before they must make an acquisition, or return to the market?
Previous talked about acquisition has now been suspended, and are off to Africa/America in a reverse takeover of mining company’s. Will this be an another 18 month to complete?

Oh dear!! Alchemy deal seems to have gone its up. Hoping we get something soon and we don't have another 18 month wait!!

Update. I have just called Alchemy and spoken to CEO Richard Griffin. It sounds an absolutely fantastic business and takeover just in hands of UKLA. They now have interest from 32 countries for their new product;

Hope that re-assures you. I'm afraid Tatnall and Longley are getting bad comments due to the length of time these projects are taking to come to fruition. However I am confident that they are going to have a big success here and with Plutus. I even think they will rescue the situation at Papillon!!

I spoke to alchemy a few weeks ago and things progressing . Ukla had a few quibbles but nothing concerning from what I understand

The Irish {EU) angle could be plus in the long term, but equally the drift in the market is a short term worry. Outcome seems to have taken forever.

Latest indications are reverse takeover coming but probably late November . Our main hope must be that having taken so long there isn't a rush for the exit door once over the line
