Though this would have stayed above 150p at least!

Hopefully this is the start of a move back to the 200p mark.

Thank you. Same to you and good luck! ;)

Just Flybe to resolve.

I am concerned that Stobart may have just taken on the same problems that Flybe failed to resolve. I am just hoping that the airports, civil engineering capability and Virgin connections can deliver pricing power where perhaps Flybe failed. It is a concern though and I would encourage all Stobart investors to observe Flybe accounts and profit history.

"A further hearing will take place in due course for the Court to consider what relief the Company is entitled to receive from Mr Tinkler arising from the breaches of his fiduciary and contractual duties to the Company. "

Oh dear. Rather him than me. LOL

HCJ issued today.
the removal of Mr Tinkler as a director of the Company on 7 July 2018 (following his election at the AGM of 6 July 2018) was valid and effective.

Is that it?

HSBC Holdings plc. They set a "reduce" rating and a GBX 138 price target.

Why did Tinkler sell 14% of his holding in Stob, but take a (over) 12% holding in Flybe? Is todays leaking of threat of legal action against Flybe by Hoskings part of a counter offensive...Will stob be implicated in a conspiracy to defraud?

genierub. Perhaps this resolves your apparent confusion:

"Stobart Group also announce the subscription of 16,492,884 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company by DLP Holdings, a company owned by Cyrus Capital Partners, at a price of 150p per share to raise approximately £24.7 million. This represents 4.65% of the of Stobart Group."

10p is only the nominal or par value, of all Stobart's shares. The actual price paid by DLP/Cyrus in this subscription was 150p per share.

I'd personally be happier if they dropped the dividend altogether.

GARY I take it that is a cut and paste quote rather than your analysis ?

It seems to think the dividend cut was one qtr - whereas I believe it has been permanently reduced.

Never thought it made sense to spend all the cash on dividends so not surprised at all.
