Stewart & Wight plc (the Company) has been informed that on 1 April 2016 Michael Conn and Hadassa Conn, directors of the Company each gave 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company to The Esher House Charitable Trust (the Charity), of which Michael Conn, Hadassa Conn and Douglas Conn are trustees.

Following this transaction, the interest of the Charity in the ordinary share capital of the Company amounted to 68,400 ordinary shares being 4.36% of the total ordinary share capital of the Company.

The aggregated holdings of Michael and Hadassa Conn were reduced to 993,095 ordinary shares in the Company being 63.3% of the total ordinary share capital of the Company.
