MENTOR, Ohio, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- STERIS Corporation (NYSE: STE) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.08 per common share. The dividend is payable March 11, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2009.
