Hell, within 5 mins out come the new options,!!!!!!!! good they got them now, at market price, must, and do know more than us. If they hung around a few more weeks, they could have missed out on a great deal of cash in later years.

Today, u me and a few on this board know about this company, give it 3 years and we will have four brokers on the case. The bank is right with them, the directors are young and go getting. They are about cutting costs for who they work for, just what we want to grow very fast.

Could well be tara - STP seem to have a very clearly defined game plan and are agressively pursuing it...

I would say very soon after the EGM we will see the next deal done, and a big one at that. This company wants to be big, and will in my view be up 500% from the price at 1st Jan 08, to 1 Jan 09.

Although last year the results were released in October, i think this year they will be out a lot earlier.

House broker Daniel stewart says - 'Next Event: FY07 earnings July 2008'

So likely timetable will be...

year end 30 April 08

Trading Update June 08

Final Results July 08

We also know that there will be an EGM on 22 May to ratify the debt restructuring - they may (or may not) give further updates then.

All looks good to me!

A market update in February said the company was currently trading ahead of management expectations and was in a strong position to restore profitability.

Last week a string of directors increased their holdings in the company as a sign of their confidence in the turnaround.
