16/5/2006 19:25 | You don't know a death star from Freddie Starr LoL! | old beeksy
16/5/2006 18:07 | LOL! It would be if it was left to me! mad4IT - 16 May'06 - 16:06 - 50 of 50 edit Interestingly, despite the big retracements, most of the stocks I'm following have stopped at, or bounced off the bottom trendline of their uptrend channels, indicating that any short term bounce is likely to happen now. Technical indicators are also very oversold on most stocks as well, so I've been nibbling. The strength and sustainability of bounces from these key technical levels should tell us much about the underlying sentiment now pervading in the market. -------------------- How's that for starters ? | mad4it
16/5/2006 17:49 | Is this the new "Balanced View: Intelligent Discussion of Market Trends" thread? | spannerman dan
16/5/2006 15:20 | "I've also got income coming in from a profitable football gambling habit, 5k this season mad." Oh dear! More stupidity You see, if you weren't so thick, you'd realise that boasting about gambling on footie/horses, etc is like admitting you're a clueless chav, destined to give it all back, sooner or later. I prefer following the likes of Warren Buffet, because I'm not a thick chav, reduced to gambling on footie matches. I prefer investing to gambling, because I've got brains and follow the big money winners of history and successful investing strategies, which is why I've made a good living out of the market for 7 years and you're just a chav gambler. | mad4it
16/5/2006 15:16 | I think you've missed the point again mad, you try and figure it out for yourself bright boy. LOL! | iorek byrnison
16/5/2006 14:21 | LOL! More of your 'fan club' dropping in to say hello, eh, Rabbit! Ahhh, it feels like the HTD thread on here already, only with a touch of class, because I'm here! Dedicated to Rabbit, scuba, Rip and the rest of Rabbit's HTD minions. This poem was written for you: The Hollow Men T. S. Eliot (1925) We are the hollow men We are the stuffed men Leaning together Headpiece filled with straw. Alas! Our dried voices, when We whisper together Are quiet and meaningless As wind in dry grass Or rats' feet over broken glass In our dry cellar Shape without form, shade without colour, Paralysed force, gesture without motion; Those who have crossed With direct eyes, to death's other Kingdom Remember us -- if at all -- not as lost Violent souls, but only As the hollow men The stuffed men. | mad4it

16/5/2006 13:32 | Afternoon Wal. I never sleep. I had my sleep removed by Woolfram and Heart so I could taunt Rabbit & scuba 24/7. Rip - Getting too yoo am I ? lol! Q: What's the eternal 'bb battle rule' that condemns you ? A: If you have run out of banter and, in your desperation, are reduced to pointing out a spelling mistake, you've already lost! LOL! "Stupid is as stupid does" Regards Forrest | mad4it
16/5/2006 13:28 | You really aint to bright, Rip, you never were. Mad, it should have read "you really aint too bright" , didn't they teach you English at school ? That clanger was almost of the magnitude as when avoint called rabbit an imbersile. LOL! | iorek byrnison
16/5/2006 13:23 | afternoon mad have you slept in the last 24 hours? | wal footrot
16/5/2006 13:15 | This thread is coming along nicely, wouldn't you agree, amoeba ? | mad4it
16/5/2006 13:09 | Iorek Byrnison - 16 May'06 - 13:00 - 25 of 25 Ace time for a bit of moderating if you please. You can see what that nasty mad4it is really like. mad4IT - 15 May'06 - 23:33 - 668 of 711 Read it again if you don't believe it. His definition of "trashing" a thread is posting on it. He just doesn't like me posting for some reason. You can usually tell when he's losing money on the markets by the agitatation he displays in his posting, I think there was a veiled hint at that in his last post. lol -------------------- Every time you post something on our thread, I'll just discuss it on here. lol! You really aint to bright, Rip, you never were. If I was really stressed about my losses in the last couple of days. I wouldn't have mentioned them, would I, ya muppet! This is a virtual environment, I don't need to be honest unless I choose to be because I'm not bothered about it. I announced yesterday morning that I'd sold some stock, if I wanted to lie, I could have told everyone today that I'd sold the rest of my stock and avoided the renewed falls. But I don't need to lie, because it's no big deal. You don't understand the mind of a trader at all, because you don't know anything about it. Win most, lose a few, such is my tradin/investing life. It's all part of my profession. You're an embarrassment to yourself. I suggest you keep your mouth shut because you continually put your foot in it. | mad4it
16/5/2006 11:56 | I don't think theres much chance of that Doo, i'm not sure why he's too scared to post there. Let him have his bit of fun here eh ? I'm not sure if I shouldn't be having words with him myself after what he posted last night. Honestly, these people that get stressed and then drink ? I don't know what his bloody problem is anyway ? So theres a deceased poster called croc. What the bleedin hell has that got to do with me ? lol | iorek byrnison
16/5/2006 10:46 | Morning Mad, Any chance we can take this to the HTD thread ? Thanks in advance mate . | scuba doo |
