05/10/2005 11:26 | Ohh go on then . Whilst on the phone to Shane (Alfie Moon in Eastenders) last Thursday night he was out dining with a four of his fellow cast members . Anyway , me being the good company/good value for money sort of chap I am ; one of that cast (the girl that's just come over from France , Mickey's sister?) wanted to have a chat with me . Suffice to say she was soon smitten and I'm hoping to meet up with her this weekend , I'm already in London with a handful of (Z list) chums anyway so I'll probably make an excuse and disappear for a couple of hours . I'll report back , wish me luck eh ! | scuba doo

01/9/2005 07:14 | Qinetiq plans to expand space arm By James Boxell Published: August 31 2005 17:20 | Last updated: August 31 2005 17:20 Qinetiq, the defence group preparing for a £1.1bn stock market flotation, is expected to announce the acquisition of a Belgian satellite-maker on as it embarks on a plan to quadruple the size of its European space business. 27/8/2005 13:03 | ...and, on reflection, I feel it's my duty to claim post 250. Some might say I'm doing it to vaguely irritate scuba, but not so. I feel, after nearly 2 years getting here, the 250th post should be celebrated slightly more than usual and therefore should be claimed ruthlessly (I'm sure you'd agree, scubes, and congratulations, you & Shane were the inspiration that got us here). | mad4it
27/8/2005 11:36 | Here's a snippet from a story I found today on the MSN homepage: Madonna's bad guy Madonna has been the victim of kiss and tells from several exes, including Dennis Rodman and Vanilla Ice, but the most scathing was by Andy Bird. Andy told how Madonna had become pregnant with his child and continued to send him letters after she became involved with future husband, Guy Ritchie -------------------- ...and here's the madster breaking the news to the STAR thread faithful before the news was made public, in my very first post on the thread: mad4IT - 29 Sep'03 - 16:42 - 16 of 248: "...and last but not least a mate of mine went out with Madonna ( I kid you not ) for several months not long before she met Guy Richie! ( A bloke called Andy Bird, he's writing a book about his experiences with Madge )" -------------------- Yes folks, why waste money buying 'Heat' magazine when you can stick with me for all the exclusive & juicy gossip that's just to good to miss. Here on: 'scuba doo's notorious (yet strangely quiet) STAR thread'. | mad4it

17/8/2005 17:05 | Scuba £1 says its all true. I've got his phone number for you to confirm it with if you like, though he may be shy about the 'egg incident' of 76. | mike crowsoft
17/8/2005 17:03 | POPPYCOPCK ! I haven't got the time to pick the bones out of that post , but rest assured I will return to it . Scuba offski | scuba doo
17/8/2005 17:01 | Its about time I wheeled out the ace up my sleeve. My best mate, from the age of 8 to 20, was none other than the legend of the airways, Mr Pat Sharp ooo ooo. Oh yes. We shared at least half a dozen holidays together, went out on the pull together, and generally did what the youth of the day did. he may look sweet and innocent, but I don't think I'm giving too much away in saying that he was a crack shot with eggs at passers-by in North London many years ago. | mike crowsoft
17/8/2005 13:14 | scubes (if I may refer to you as scubes today), I totally understand your position. I mean, why give these stories away for free when you've got a gauranteed nest egg if you keep stum on here and phone in your tales of naughtiness to 'The Sun'. Say no more. Catch your drift. A nod's as good as a wink to a blind horse....and so forth. | mad4it
17/8/2005 13:12 | Afternoon Taffy (not you Wal , you've had your turn) I'll have a 'LOL' with you also whilst I'm here . Bl00dy good value on the old STAR thread this afternoon IMHO . | scuba doo
17/8/2005 13:10 | mkearns. long time no see. trust you are well and all that. move went smoothly, everyone settling in. you wish richie was welsh mate. dont think he'll switch natioanlity though, helen clarke has guaranteed him 'president for life' if he brings home the next world cup. | wal footrot
17/8/2005 13:07 | LOL! B100dy great stuff on here, eh scuba? Wal, If Richie went into finance, I'd hand over my wedge to him straight away. That bloke should be Welsh imho! | mkearns
17/8/2005 13:05 | I'm not too sure how he'd feel with me blabbing about his old days on a free BB. There's also the added worry of newspaper coverage (aye , that's right ... fleet street keep a watchful eye on this thread) | scuba doo |
