So this leads on from the AXA Contguard article albeit a few months old but it shows their line of thinking

NOMINATED ADVISER UPDATE

As previously announced, the Company is in the process of appointing a replacement Nominated Adviser and Broker and has been working with that adviser during the last few weeks on the take-on process. A further announcement will be made this week.

It's just standard procedure at the moment because we lose our NOMAD on the 1st of Feb - we have a month to find one after that and the recent RNS stated that the company is confident of signing a new NOMAD by the first anyway - so there's a month's period should anything take longer.
