That's without the insurance approval.

If they get the same validation that young drivers get with the black box it will blow this cap out the water.

The company aren't bullish as the directors are a little older and been here before and they don't Rns every contract.

However read between the lines and we have a company that's sorted itself out, have global partners and sales are going well. Add in several pilot trials and the insurance potential standard and it's a limited downside with a huge upside.

It will only be shrewd buyers taking stock here as aim is full of 30% in a day traders but this is a great buy at these levels.

A break even full year will see it double and if the insurance credit action comes through its several times current share price

Good update, last sentence was good! Every product generates monthly revenue (as well as upfront sale)and by some time next year monthly revenues should cover all main costs so huge upside then as sales are then straight to bottom line.

Plenty of smart money taking advantage of the dip. Screaming bargain at under £4m Mcap. No placing. It's black and white in the RNS

I think any fund raise will be connected to the insurer approval as production will go through the roof.

I'd love to know what this weeks discussions in the city have been about.

Imagine as a householder you can buy a certain lock for you windows that saves you the same amount in your house insurance. That lock producer will control the market.

We aren't there yet but I'd bet that's the discussions.

Production will have to grow 10 fold and again so that will have capital cost implications.

If that is what we raise for certain people will make a fortune.

READ THE RNS guys, you either believe what they are saying, i.e. no imminent fund raise, or you don't. I happen to think (on good authority) they are 100% legit.

I'm not against a fund raise - its the life blood of AIM stocks, its why they are here, but I don't like underhanded heavily discounted bucket shop deals. I don't for one minute believe this BOD are like that. Indeed they won 50% of company so its not in their interest

I wouldn't necessarily see a placing at too different a price than that of the current share price They are usually but not always at a discount anyway. That is if indeed a placing is imminent. We don't know that.

TW seems pretty sure that a placing is coming and his reasoning makes sense to me. Why are you guys so sure that there won't be one? Hardly any cash in bank..... Cheers Bernie

CEO to appear on Zak Mir's café tomorrow from what I hear, should be a bullish message on future growth and sales pipeline.

The Insurance accreditation by major US and EU insurers is very significant IMO, and will accelerate Tetis uptake, it means customers will essentially get it for free (offset by Insurers waiving inspection fees). They only need 1% of the cargo market for STAR to be hugely profitable

Great time to buy IMO, I think we will be back above 4p before the week is out

deep,

read between the lines.

no fund raise and strong pipeline, both level and quality of pipeline opps are stronger.

I expected a pull back to be met with heavy buying as there are a few heavyweight pi's keen on these.

im adding as funds allow as I can see growth here. a move into the black will trigger a rerate and in the meantime the confirmation of no fund raise should see steady growth in the share price

I'm expecting a small loss with no new funds required.

Forward looking statements will be positive so hot short term money will exit but there's been a large buyer here for a few days so any drop will be well bought into.

Maybe even Tw will be surprised there's no fund raise to line the pockets of the board who own over 50%.

No dilution and earnings rising?

Results are due any day now, WatchLock was late to launch so no sales included in the results are for 1st half of the year. The key for me is the forward is the looking statement, I'm expecting business to be ramping up significant for the second half of the year.

Just weighing this one up.
Looks like the company have dealt with issues with the previous watchlock, updated tech plus a much longer battery life. Now to think of how many things are locked up with a lock of this type, actually thinking of it the list is endless.
Peace of mind plus surely an insurance cost must.

It certainly appears so shrewdmole. Looking ripe for new highs here now. Had a 25k top up earlier at 4.35 which they appear to be delaying showing.

bit of both shrewdmole .. been following for a few months now and decided time was about right. Difficult to argue with the lovely long term chart pattern developing either.
Hopefully bit more time yet to get a decent holding but, suspect it might not be easy to get in under 4p for much longer
