Transfer of Shares
The Stanley Gibbons Group Plc, announces that it has today been notified that on 27 March 2018, and as prefaced in the circular published by the Company on 27 February 2018, Phoenix UK Fund Ltd transferred 248,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), being its entire holding in the Company, to its wholly owned subsidiary, Phoenix S.G. Ltd, a special purpose vehicle incorporated for the purpose of holding such Ordinary Shares (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, Phoenix S.G. Ltd holds 248,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 58.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
