Result of AGM and name change resolution
Sprue (AIM: SPRP), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
One of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting approved the change of the name of the Company to FireAngel Safety Technology Group plc. A further announcement will be made in due course, once the change of the Company's name becomes effective.
