                         Update from the Administrators 
 
The  Company announces that  the Joint Administrators,  Dermot Power and Patrick 
Lannagan,  business restructuring partners  at BDO LLP,  have issued a report to 
the Company's creditors and shareholders pursuant to paragraph 49 of schedule B1 
of  the Insolvency Act  1986.  The report has  been filed with  the Registrar of 
Companies and is available to download from Companies House. 
 
The  Joint  Administrators  concluded  the  sale  of  the Sunday Sport title and 
associated  intellectual  property  to  Sunday  Sport  (2011) Ltd, on 19th April 
2011.  The  Joint  Administrators  continue  to  welcome  interest in the Sunday 
Sport's sister publication, the Daily Sport, and the Companies' other assets.

The  Joint  Administrators  were  appointed  over  Sport  Media Group Ltd, Sport 
Newspaper  Ltd  and  Moresport  Ltd  on  4 April  2011 by  the  Directors of the
