ramptastic

you should get a medal for services to PUR. Looks like a high risk - dubious reward bet to me. STP is a slumbering giant that will roar into life at some point.

I think not a great deal will happen here until April with the run up to the close of the financial year when you would hope they will put out a pre-close trading statement.

What we need is some visibility of earnings and further updates on the success of their cross-selling policy.

Still happy to hold but sooner some RNS' the better.

Further deal due very soon, maybe that will light the rocket that is due to lift off....this market is consolidating fast and unless you are an acquirer the time is up for many so Spiritel is doing all the right things and sonner rather than later we should see the price start racheting upwards!

More news may be out on Monday to explain the fall?

All I can think is that it is the market makers messing around because there is no reason at all for it....

What happened today?

Very disappointing day indeed! The trades do not represent the decline?

Any ideas?

Proofiting - totally agree, however their reputation, know how and growth is certainly getting known in the industry and they are becoming a true business player, but yest I think the companies brokers could do them a lot more justice for what is over due....

Again let's hope so and soon this company will begin to get some attention. One thing that appear to be poor at is investor relations and getting their story across to the city institutions which is key for any quoted company if they are to increase their market cap.

True performance will eventually shine through but it would do no harm to sell the story.

Comms Dealer Magazine today -SPIRITEL BAGS MOBILE FIRM

SPIRITEL has strengthened its mobile arm with the acquisition of London-based mobile voice and data reseller Mobotel Management for an initial consideration of £1.15 million. The acquisition is SpiriTel's tenth since 2006. Mobotel, based in Fulham, focuses on the provision of converged mobility services to corporate customers in the legal and financial services sectors. Its client list includes well known names such as Mishcon de Reya solicitors, Houlihan Lokey, the NHS Confederation, Eden Financial Limited and Storm Models, Britain's leading model agency.
Under the terms of the deal, SpiriTel will pay £1.15 million in cash on completion. As at 31 December 2009, Mobotel had net assets of approximately £1.0 million, including a cash balance of £1.25 million. In the year ended 31 March 2009, Mobotel had revenues of £2.1 million and profit before tax of £0.3 million.
Alastair Mills, Chief Executive of SpiriTel, said: "Mobotel is a well established provider of mobile services and solutions. The customer base is particularly attractive in that most connections are BlackBerry and the ARPU is well above the industry average. The acquisition strengthens our own mobile line of business which has recently delivered strong organic growth and also provides an excellent cross sell opportunity for our expanding Business Division."
