well I bought at 280 or something and the trend has been up so far, despite ups and downs along the way, as just a modest holding, see no point in doing anything except to wait and assess as time goes on.

imo

Yes, there seems to be a dumping trend from them.

johnv,
Cinven still have 140M shares (38% of SPI)

They fact they offloaded another 10% of the holding.... right on the lifting of the 90 day lock in from the Jan sale..... suggests to me they are keen to offload.... & as soon as possible.

With the ongoing possibility of a substantial overhang, I am asking myself the question, why would I want to buy in now ?

Have previously bought in at 320p & 324p and sold for a healthy profit. Thinking out loud.

Watching keenly at present

This is not extra shares but 40m shares transferred from one person to others. I don't think Cinven would have done this if there wasnt institutional demand. Last time in Jan it drop from 315 to finally 302p. Expecting it to do the same from 334p to 320p.

Was looking to rebuy in ......but there is going to be the same situation in July IMHO

14/01/15.... Cinven placing of 40M+ at 315p

14/04/15..... Cinven placing of 40M+ 335p

17/07/15...... ???? (when 90 day lock in ends)

Hmmm, another big placing. Not impressed, but willing to buy again at £3.

Well I still hold a few of these and it has been a bit of a roller coaster but is in a sector that should continue to well I would have thought.

imo

The dream of £3 again is wishful thinking gents, the fund managers and P/I are starting to realise this is a safe strong investment and will only get stronger over the coming years. health companies are normally good investments, I can only see this being another one, over the coming years.

Not many FTSE 250 companies with revenue growth of 12 %, plus with SPI you don`t have to worry with currency. This is certainly a company that will attract investment from funds etc. certainly a safe share to stick in the bottom draw and watch the value increase over the years.

The debt reduction is old news - it was in the Jan RNS. Long term outlook is promising but short term there could be some bumps in the road. Might be time to take profit and look to re-enter @ 300-320.

Chart looks toppy and it risen too quickly in a short time, not cheap and although debt has reduced its still massive. I think it will be back in £3ish region before coming back up. Its an ideal time to take profits imo and rebuy again later.

Health companies are normally good investments, you can only see SPI going from strength to strength over the coming years.
