In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of a change in directorships held by directors (LR 9.6.14), Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc announces that Jane Kingston, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board of Inchcape plc on 9 May 2024.
