CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of new directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)), Spirax--Sarco Engineering plc announces that Dr Trudy Schoolenberg, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a director of the Supervisory Board of Avantium N.V., a leading technology company in renewable chemistry.

For information, Trudy is no longer a director of Low & Bonar following the closing of that company on 12th May 2020.

The Board is satisfied that Trudy's appointment with Avantium N.V . complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018.
