Spectrum Interactive plc (SIN: LN), the public internet and  payphone
operator, announces that  it granted yesterday  under the EMI  Option
Scheme, in aggregate,  745,000 options  to certain  employees of  the
Company.  The options are exercisable at 12.25p per share; the  first
50 per cent. are exercisable at any time after the first  anniversary
of the date  of grant and  the balance of  50 per cent.  at any  time
after the second anniversary of the  date of grant.  No board  member
has been granted options as part of this exercise.
