Board changes

The Board of Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the expert in providing insight through precision measurement, today announces that Ulf Quellmann, Non-Executive Director will retire from the Board on 31 August 2024.

Mark Williamson, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Ulf for his invaluable contribution to the Board over the past nine years. We will miss Ulf greatly and wish him the best for the future".
