18/9/2023 22:55 | We're about the equivalent of 40p so 30% down on when they delisted. The news drove the price up after the promises of 101p but in real value terms we're still ahead of the 30p floor before the news was announced. | hatfullofsky
14/9/2023 22:48 | If the UK shareholders are receiving 1 new share for every 11 old UK shares Then it equates currently to about 29p a share - so we have lost at least 50% value in this take over. The new shares are currently on Nasdaq trading around $4 per share | handsome
14/9/2023 22:40 | Unfortunately I think a really big loss | handsome
14/9/2023 12:09 | So if I sell now on Nasdaq will I be on a loss or a gain | siddiqur
07/9/2023 15:55 | So how does that work thebb | firestarter1
07/9/2023 15:34 | SMD delists tonight and heads across the pond. Whether it closes at 60p, £1 or 20p couldn’t be less relevant. Be a nice chap and just give £20 to charity anyway, call it a fine for having no idea what is happening here. | rimau1
07/9/2023 15:26 | Pumpers hey | firestarter1
07/9/2023 15:22 | Can buy 200k shares for 62p that's not good | firestarter1
07/9/2023 15:21 | Nt to sell | firestarter1
07/9/2023 15:15 | Make a bet this will not be over 60p by today close If you win I will pay £25 to a charity of your choice | firestarter1
07/9/2023 15:12 | Pmsl Couldn't even hold 19% now already dropping The pumpers been pumping away but time to bail from this dog nowk | firestarter1
07/9/2023 15:09 | Thanks firestarter, with an average buy price of 35p i’ll sit back and relax. This is nothing - The pump crews are over at RCLF which is up circa 70%, i’d say be careful over there! | rimau1
07/9/2023 14:46 | Be careful here | firestarter1
06/9/2023 16:42 | I see. I will check that out. Thank you ! :-) | ahhh luke warm
06/9/2023 15:57 | That is a complicated question that would require a very long response and i suppose means you don’t understand the structure of the transaction. SMD have a good presentation on their website. Highly unlikely to double but could get a decent kicker if rosecliff (who are being paid a few million quid) manage to raise new funds at the top of the $10m-$30m range. | rimau1
06/9/2023 15:42 | Got ya. So who's selling these tranches of shares? Why are they not waiting for the listing if it nearly doubles the value? | ahhh luke warm
06/9/2023 15:37 | I suppose RCLF with announce it today and SMD via an rns either at 5pm or tomorrow? I listened in to the meeting, vote was passed. No idea when if gets physically announced! Trading starts Friday. | rimau1
06/9/2023 15:18 | But where is the release of info or where did you get the info from is what I meant cheers! | ahhh luke warm
06/9/2023 15:14 | Rosecliff general meeting was at 2.30pm GMT today. What i do want to know is when will we hear about the amount raised via the PIPE (range $10m-$30m). That is the pot of gold for holders. | rimau1
06/9/2023 15:09 | Where is the approval news published Rimau? | ahhh luke warm
06/9/2023 14:49 | RCLF have approved the transaction. All systems go it should be an interesting few days! | rimau1 |
