Things look to be picking up at DLAR, its been a rough ride for shareholders. They hope to 'continue growth in security features, polymer and product authentication' They 'expect the product authentication and traceability business to double in size within the next three years'. Revs up 9%.

Hi guys

I thought this would be a good place to ask given holding spectra in the UK requires filling in a W-8BEN form. I hold Spectra in my ISA and I want to transfer to another broker but new broker wants me to fill in W-8BEN form and I am struggling to work out what treaty details to fill in. I know the discounted tax rate I need to put in is 15% but what about article and paragraph numbers? Can't work it out. Any assistance anyone here could offer me would be greatly appreciated.

The AGM is a red herring and doesn't bother me one iota. I would however be open to them running an investor day somewhere. Just an expansion of your small group meetings nico.
