PALM DESERT, Calif., Nov. 29  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WorldSource, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WDSC) today announced that it has signed an Investment Banking Agreement with KMA Capital Partners, Inc. (Pink Sheets: KMCP).  The primary aspects of the Agreement include KMA Capital creating an end-to-end capital formation strategy utilizing its Capital Protection Program, and KMA Capital developing an acquisition strategy for WorldSource.
