PALM DESERT, Calif., June 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WorldSource, Inc.
(OTC:WDSC) has merged with Australian Agricultural Property and Development,
Inc.  The name has been changed to WorldSource, Inc.  The stock symbol has been
changed to WDSC.  Australian Agricultural Property and Development, Inc. is now
considered a discontinued operation.

WorldSource, Inc. has established an experienced management team with
considerable experience in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of
consumer products.  Management is actively seeking opportunities to develop
product lines and distribute products.
