Issues Clarification That It Has Not Merged With WorldSource, Inc.
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In response to numerous
shareholder inquiries, Australian Agriculture and Property Development
Corporation (OTC:AUAP) (BULLETIN BOARD: AUAP) , an international land
development company, today issued a formal clarification that it is not the
company that merged with WorldSource, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: WDSC) as indicated
in a news announcement released by WorldSource on June 30, 2005.
In the announcement, WorldSource stated that it had merged with "Australian
Agricultural Property and Development, Inc.," a company that no direct or
indirect affiliation to Australian Agriculture and Property Development
Corporation.
