                     First International Distribution Deal
and Rebranding of gobarkingmad as Red Button Racing

Gaming Insight announces the first international distribution deal for its core
greyhound racing interactive digital TV product, gobarkingmad, with NSAB of
Scandinavia to deliver the channel, together with an on-screen telephone betting
facility, directly to 1.5 million homes receiving the NSAB service. The company
is currently in discussions with a further nine broadcasters worldwide, with
distribution to over 70 million homes, to secure similar deals.

The company has also embarked on a rebranding of gobarkingmad as Red Button
Racing to increase the product's appeal as a leading gateway to quick, easy and
engaging betting on sports from the home. The rebranding will also allow a more
effective distribution of the service internationally with a clear message of
its purpose supported by all the major TV hardware formats.

As part of the strategic focus on interactive racing the company is reducing its
interests in on-line casino gaming. Consequently, the company has ceased to
operate the Harrods-Casino.com on a day to day basis, but will continue to
participate in a revenue sharing arrangement for the remainder of the current
contract which expires at the end 2003. The impact of this change is not
expected to be material to the company's current revenues. The company also
intends to sell its proprietary casino software and is in discussions with a
number of potential purchasers.

David Sanderson, Chief Executive of Gaming Insight, said:

"The Scandinavian distribution deal should mark the first of numerous such deals
which demonstrate the very considerable leverage we can derive from our market
leading technology and content. In addition to our flagship deal in the UK with
BSkyB, we also expect to announce in due course additional partnership deals to
enhance both the content and services associated with the product."
