SOUTH32 PAYMENTS TO GOVERNMENTS REPORT 2021

South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) (South32) advises that its 2021 Tax Transparency and Payments to Governments Report, which includes information on total payments made by country and level of government and total payments to government by project as required by the UK's Reports on Payments to Governments Regulation 2014 (as amended in December 2015), has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection. The UK Regulations enact domestic rules in line with Chapter 10 of the EU Accounting Directive. The report also satisfies the requirements of Rule 4.3A of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK.
