28/4/2017 12:46 | This has become one of the biggest valuation plays in 2017.. oil news next week would be great. There are only a few good oil and gas Shares with FCF around and good potential (e.g. SRON,Genl,) | oilandgas1
28/4/2017 12:33 | I don't think you will see £3 in short term, if they get their 25boepd then its a possibility, in year or two time... | neo26

28/4/2017 12:02 | Afternoon rush coming, if the oil comes in, its potentially another 100m barrels of oil in bag, don't forget that deep well primed for drilling. | neo26
28/4/2017 11:53 | Yup - hoping for new highs this afternoon. | someuwin
28/4/2017 11:51 | Think we might see a rise into the close from here. Its not a bad punt for oil, hit and you could double your money, miss and it might drop temporarily and then come back up. If I wasnt loaded up I would be in for more | pauliewonder
28/4/2017 11:26 | neo, I doubt Shell will be interested, they have enough going on. Apache - maybe - but only IF we can discover oil and the model indicates far greater potential throughout the block. To be fair, local delta operators like Dana, Dea and a few others are more likely candidates for us to partner with. Cash | cashandcard
28/4/2017 10:45 | CashWhat the odds shell/apache came back to get more once the 3d results came in last Oct?PW did mention large players wanted to farm in..Regards | neo26
28/4/2017 10:31 | Good read that. | ifthecapfits
28/4/2017 09:50 | There is an old image from Shell/Apache. When they were surveying the area from within SDX's block, going west far out into western desert (where many oil discoveries have been made). Its going back to the mid 90's and the area covering SDX's block back then was called the 'South Delta Block'. I wonder if the prospective horizons they were looking for back then were more obvious out in the western desert area than they were in the onshore Nile delta? Also, given the leaps forward in seismic, imaging and other data, we are hopefully in a better position to unearth what's down there. Cash | cashandcard |
