27/6/2018 13:41 | paris gone really quiet i thought we should liven it up, you are correct i will not mention TGL again. Next news flow for SDX is the final well in SD, i almost certain they will strike.. :-) | ![]() neo26

26/6/2018 14:23 | DarolaI cant see then selling anywhere near the current price, the ceo set up the company 22 years ago and he is still there.I emailed him a few times and he sounds like a nice chap. | ![]() neo26
26/6/2018 14:20 | I have equal holdings in SDX and TGL and have high hopes for both. But of the two I can see TGL being a takeover target, as the right owner could significantly optimise their delivery and improve netbacks, which on 15kboepd would be a good return | ![]() darola
26/6/2018 12:27 | phowdo they have not done a placing for years, they do work with existing cashflow, thus only 72m shares in issue. | ![]() neo26
26/6/2018 12:05 | robbiekeane they have over 1m barrels of oil in inventory, which is valued at $57m, theres your debt cleared. unlike sdx they dont sell to the state, they export their oil and have no receivable issues, the first lifting was in april so this will not show in Q1 results, they got paid $26m for 400k barrels, another lifting has just gone through for 400k, two more are planned for the year one next month and another later. Just from those 4 liftings that over $100m in sales, net back is about $18 per barrel, i think they were getting paid over $55 per barrel They purchased canadian asset in dec 16 for $60m, this adding more value. SDX i hold, they will be cashflow positive of $40m per annum, whereas tgl will be $60m+. Some are missing the trick on tgl. | ![]() neo26

26/6/2018 11:26 | SDX id debt free, which is why I would stay here as SDX is clearly (in my view) hugely undervalued!!! | ![]() potential
26/6/2018 11:19 | It's got quite a bit of debt though - $67.2 million. Also, the Group experienced a net loss in the first quarter of 2018 of $10.1 million, including a $6.0 million unrealized loss on derivative commodity contracts. I'd like to see how that looks in the H1 figures. SDX id debt free, which is why I would stay here as SDX is clearly (in my view) hugely undervalued. | ![]() robbiekeane

25/6/2018 11:20 | SDX have said previously that leasing the processing plant will be the main ongoing cost. AIUI, that cost is pretty much fixed, whether it's handling a few dozen bbls of liquid or several hundred bbls a day. | ![]() thegreatgeraldo
25/6/2018 11:10 | An interesting mention in the latest RNS was condensate production of about 600 barrels from South Disouq. Anyone have any idea how much this might be worth to SDX? I did some very rough calculations based on a barrel price of $60 (no idea if this is what they'll get but it's a price paid for Canadian condensate for example). 600 barrels/day x $60 = $36,000/day gross Circa 20% economic interest = $36,000/day x 0.2 = $7,200/day $7,200/day net x 300 days operation per year (conservative I know) = ~$2m revenue per year. No idea what costs might be on a barrel of condensate produced from a very low cost Egyptian gas well though. Anyone have any ideas? $2m revenue is pretty meaningless but if it's mostly profit that will be meaningful as the South Disouq wells are only set to make around $10m profit per year net to SDX based on gas sales at $2.65/mscf. | ![]() shakeypremis
