lagerkhan - sort of! They are shooting seismic shortly over the Gharb Centre area & logically have plans to drill there if the seismic justifies it. However, it's my understanding that the company weren't too confident/were a bit unsure about Lalla Mouna north.

I'd wager that since the LNB-1 well & more so following today's news, they'll be quite busy on the LMN seismic!!

No guidance with today's announcement re potential resource, unlike LNB-1; no point guessing without a steer on areal extent. Much shallower reservoir at LMS-1 (TD was only 1158m), so cheap & cheerful.

Not much volume early doors in Toronto

Shakey, the plan is to start seismic in June followed by a twelve well campaign in Q1 next year.
They will be bringing a rig in from the States, which will operate better than the current Rumanian rig.
Good luck all, much more to come.

They must surely drill more wells in both LMS and LNB. I'd be very surprised if they didn't. I guess the question is when? Hopefully some time this year after some careful analysis and planning and of course after the current two wells are flow tested.

Hi Shakey - well that's what I am hoping for!

What was surprising was that Lalla Mimouna (from what I could see and happy to be corrected) did not feature at all in either the GMP or Edison forecasts.

So we'd expect some NAV uplift from the current success surely and also if they have plans to drill more in the nord area of the licence surely there'd be some risked upside identified by the brokers?

Given their success, however, perhaps the market would now anticipate success and bet on the idea that the brokers are being unnecessarily pessimistic.

What'll be interesting is exactly how aggressive their future drilling plans are.

That's just my 2p.

Haider, I am not quite sure I follow. Are you saying that when new drilling plans are announced some success will be assumed before the fact (due to their great track record) and be reflected in the share price?

IMHO what's absolutely critical now are their drilling plans. Given how well they have done so far, surely the market will now need to anticipate some success?

The future organic growth prospects here are really quite outstanding. There's South Disouq - which could be very big and might have oil down there in the depths. There's LNB-1 and the area it's now opened up and now there's LMS-1 and the area it's now opened up. There's even the Rabul area which could provide some more oil upside.

Explains the perkiness in Toronto on Friday.

The flow test results, broker upgrades and perhaps nods & wiinks as to future LM drilling plans at the AGM, based on what I think is the unexpectedly good news coming our of Lalla Mimouna should be quite interesting.

Making circa $28 per barrel at today's Brent price ($27 @ $70, $29.6 @ $75 from UK investor presentation). Pure profit, can't wait for the AGM.

Can't see the need for early kick-offs, 11:00 strikes me as a pretty civilised hour

9am does seem to be conveniently timed for the suits and hugely inconvenient for any PIs who live outside London.
