The Company announces that on 9^th April 2024, it purchased ordinary shares of USD0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be cancelled in due course, pursuant to the share buy-back programme announced on 8 March 2023.

Date of purchase: 9^th April 2024              

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 60,000

Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 378 pence

Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 370.5 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share: 374 pence

Following the above transactions and subsequent cancellation, the Company advises that its issued share capital is 55,266,069 Ordinary Shares, with 5,500 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company are 55,260,569.
