Exchange for a transfer of 3,177,248 Common Shares from ISIN USU834501038 to new
ISIN US8344871004 to take effect on 16 November 2006.  Both ISINs relate to
Common Shares, par value US$0.001 per share, of the Company, which are fully
paid and rank pari passu.



Common Shares bearing ISIN US8344871004 are held by U.S. persons and are "
restricted securities," as defined under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, and
are capable of settling among qualified institutional buyers (as defined in Rule
144A under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended) on The PORTAL(R) Market,
which is operated by The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc., or in certificated form.



Common Shares bearing ISIN USU834501038 are held by non-U.S. persons; are
restricted pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as
amended, and are capable of settlement only in certificated form.
