                           Period End Trading Update


Somero Enterprises, Inc(R), ("Somero" or the "Group"), the North American
manufacturer of patented laser guided equipment used for the spreading and
levelling of high volumes of concrete for floors in the construction industry,
confirms that revenues and earnings for the second half of 2007 grew
significantly over the prior year period.


The Group expects to report results for the full year to 31 December 2007 at the
top end of analyst expectations.


The second half saw the Group make good progress in its expansion into new
markets and deliver very rapid growth across all of its operations outside the
US.


In the US, demand for Somero's products and services continued to be robust and
good growth was achieved in the second half, as compared to the prior year
period.


Jack Cooney, CEO of Somero commented:


"We are delighted to confirm another year of strong performance for the Group.
We have continued to build on a good first half and to invest in geographic
expansion, achieving healthy second half growth in the US alongside significant
and rapid growth across our European and Rest of World operations.
